Speaker Instructions

  • Respect your time slot to allow for questions and discussion. Moderators will enforce time limits to stay on schedule.
  • Use MS Office standard fonts. If you use other fonts, attach any custom font files with your presentation.
  • Check your presentation in advance to ensure it works properly.
  • If your presentation includes animations or movies, check the technical setup 3 hours before your session.
  • Use the provided laptop to avoid technical issues. Bring an HDMI adapter if using your own laptop.
  • We recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation.
  • For Mac-to-PC compatibility, follow these tips:
    • ✔ Use Arial, Times New Roman, or Verdana fonts.
    • ✔ Insert images as JPGs. Other file types will not be visible on PowerPoint-based PCs.
    • ✔ Convert to PowerPoint or PDF.

How the Session
Will go
  • Put up your materials on poster boards during the specified time.
  • Print your posters, bring them, and place them at the assigned spot for others to see.
  • Stand by your posters during your presentation slot to answer questions.
  • ISAMMA 2026 secretariat isn't liable for lost, stolen, or damaged posters. Any left behind will be discarded.

Poster Board Specifications

  • You'll receive a poster board measuring 90cm (width) X 120cm (height), suitable for an A0-size poster.
  • Your poster should include the paper title, authors, and their affiliations within this space.
  • Make sure your text and illustrations are big and bold enough to be read from 1 meter away.
  • Check out the promotional toolkit below for helpful presentation notes.
  • Some stationery such as scissors and tapes will be provided in poster session area.
