Abstract Guidelines & Rules

  1. Regular participants may present up to two papers, while student participants may present one paper.
  2. All abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted no later than November 30, 2025 (23:59 KST, UTC+9).
  3. Authors must select their preferred presentation format—oral, poster, or invited presentation—on the submission page.
Please note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the presentation format and the assigned conference themes.
  4. Authors may opt to submit their presentations to the JOM journal during abstract submission.
  5. An acknowledgment email will be sent to the primary author after submission. If you have submitted an abstract but have not received a confirmation letter, please check your submission via My Page or contact the Secretariat (secretary@isamma2026.org).
  6. Authors may revise their abstracts until the submission deadline and should ensure the content is free of typos and grammatical errors.
  7. Submitting an abstract implies the authors’ agreement to publish the abstract in the ISAMMA 2026 abstract book and to the presenting author's attendance at ISAMMA 2026.
  8. All abstracts must be submitted via this webpage. Please note that the Conference Secretariat is not able to accept abstracts submitted via email.

Format & Content

Title Ensure that the title is concise, clearly conveys the subject, and does not exceed 30 words. Use Title Case: Capitalize the First Letter of Each Major Word.
Authors The full name, including surname, must be provided for each author. Please ensure that names are written in proper capitalization — avoid using all uppercase or all lowercase letters.
Affiliations Please provide only the official English name of the institution in the affiliation field. Do not include department names, street addresses, or the countries.
Content An abstract body should not exceed 500 words; the submission system will not accept anything beyond that. Abstracts will be reproduced exactly as submitted, so make sure that all formatting, including superscripts and subscripts, is accurate and clearly shown.
Image Please upload one related panel per submission, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Make sure that the image is clear and legible for publication.
References A maximum of five references is allowed, and they must be counted within the 500-word limit of the abstract.
Acknowledgements You may include acknowledgements (such as funding information) at the end of the abstract, but they must be included within the 500-word limit. Any updates to acknowledgements can be made later via your My Page.
